It was so great to see old friends this weekend when they came through town for the holiday. It was our first time to meet their boys. Man, time flies. Just seems like yesterday we were all hanging out as college kids. Well, I like to think it was just yesterday, but I have these crows feet that crept out out last night while I was sleeping.

No, This is Not My Sister...
Although everyone and their dog asks us!! Darla is however the best Christian sister a girl could ask for-always lifting me in prayer and there for me with Godly wisdom when I need it. Thank you for your friendship and loving support. We are so excited to see your new little girl soon!! Every woman that looks at this blog will be green with envy at your darling little belly bump. Did I mention she is still in her regular jeans??!! Sick, I know. It doesn't get any cuter than this...
Love this one below!!

Young Love and Some Cows
Ahhhh. How beautiful are two young newlyweds? Well almost... give 'em another two weeks and they'll be hitched. We decided to do their Holiday pics before the honeymoon. Darrin was just a chubby little pip-squeak when he came with his mom all the way to North Carolina for my wedding. Makes me feel kinda old. We had a traveling shoot starting in a nearby pecan orchard and ending up at my land in Caldwell. I'm so glad my cows decided to join us...

"NO"ah's pARK
As you can tell from the pictures, Noah is the CUTEST little boy...just look at those cheeks. Don't you just want to pinch them? And just like my 21 month old and just about every other 2 year old, his favorite word is "no." He knows what he wants, when he wants it and where he wants to go. So we let him run the photo shoot. :) We just followed him around snapping pictures and I'm so excited to see how they turned out. I have so many great pictures, I couldn't decide which ones to post! It was such a pleasure getting to know this sweet family. Noah is a very blessed boy to have such special parents. I hope you are as pleased as I am with how they turned out...
OK, I can't resist...here's some more...

Pecans and a Tutu
We took OUR family photos on Friday with the help of my dad (who came to visit his grand girls) doing the group shots. We might have to go for "Round 2" cause we didn't get THE shot I was really wanting. Perfectionist here... I know. The girls had fun picking pecans and Cayle just cracked me up...she was just too cute in her tutu and Kylan looks so grown up...sniff.
