Newborn shoots are definitely the most difficult and time consuming sessions that I do. You can't tell a baby how to pose or smile. You have no control over their hunger, sleepiness or attitude. They don't always cooperate with your time schedule and sometimes the shots you think are going to be great just don't turn out that way. On the other hand, the reason I love newborn shoots is being able to preserve that precious infancy that they grow out of all too fast. At this age, they change daily. And the innocence and beauty of a newborn is incomparable...God's miracle right there. How can you deny His supreme existence when you look at how fearfully and wonderfully they are made?

I've been waiting and excited for little Jolie's arrival for a long time now...an angel sent on Valentine's Day.

Another great win for our Aggie Equestrian team! Congratulations! Next week, we round out the season with our last home show vs New Mexico State. Come out and support the team on Saturday at 11am at the Brazos Valley Expo Center.

Big 12 Championship is March 26-27 in Waco and the Varsity Equestrian Nationals is April 15-17th at the Heart of Texas Arena in Waco. We'd love for you to come and support the team.

Happy Birthday Baby Girl !!!

I can't believe my little one is already 2! I wish she had smiled for the camera so you could see her beautiful dimples she got from her daddy. She makes us laugh everyday. What a blessed mother I am to have my two beautiful girls.
